Hello, and welcome to Blossom Home Care! My name is Gianna, and I’m the proud founder and operator of this warm, family-style Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). I am a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with over 4 years of experience dedicated to caring for seniors in both clinical and home settings. Blossom Home Care was born from my deep passion for serving the elderly with compassion. My goal is to create a home where each resident is truly seen, heard, and cared for—not just physically, but emotionally and socially as well. At Blossom Home Care, we treat every resident like family. I look forward to welcoming your loved one into our home and providing the care they deserve.
